About this Expedition

Have you ever dreamt of standing atop a Himalayan peak, surrounded by a panorama of snow-capped giants? The Rudugaira Peak Expedition is your chance to turn that dream into a reality. This 8-day trek, nestled in the stunning Rudu Valley between Gangotri and Kedarnath, offers a thrilling yet accessible introduction to peak climbing.

At an impressive altitude of 5800 meters, Rudugaira is a trekkable peak that requires no prior technical climbing experience, making it perfect for seasoned trekkers looking for a new challenge. As you ascend, you’ll be treated to mesmerizing views of the Gangotri Massif, Auden’s Col, Thalay Sagar, and Jogin peaks.

Why Choose the Rudugaira Expedition?

  • Breathtaking Scenery: From lush meadows to rugged moraines and glaciers, the landscape is constantly changing and consistently spectacular.
  • Abundant Wildlife: Keep an eye out for Blue Sheep and Mountain Deer. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a majestic Snow Leopard or a Brown Bear.
  • A Stepping Stone to Mountaineering: This expedition is an excellent opportunity to learn and hone your expedition skills, from planning to execution.
